Series 1 concludes with the last 7 episodes of this extremly funny Disney family comedy staring the talented Selena Gomez!
This dvd contains 7 episodes:
1. The Supernatural - Justin wants to impress a girl who only dates Baseball players by joining the team, but he uses magic to do so and has to face the consequences. While Alex is trying to score a date with Riley who also plays on the team and tries to convince him that she is his good luck charm.
2. Alex in the Middle - Alex, Justin and Max's uncle comes to visit. Since their father gave up his powers his brother got the family powers and Alex identifies with her uncle and the way he uses magic and he becomes her Wizard teacher instead of her father. This is turns out not exactly as Alex expected...and her father comes to the rescue and reveals the real reason that he doesn't have magical powers...
3. Report Card - Alex, Justin and Max recieve their report cards from Wizard School but Alex's is not up to scratch and so instead of giving it to her parents to see and sign, she hides it which leads her turning her parents into guinea pigs!!!
4. Credit Check - Alex is fed up with no getting credit for her ideas and while venting her frustration to a customer who works for a fashion magazine and she is offered an internship. But Alex comes up with a great idea only for Jeffrey her boss to steal it and so she plots revenge with a fashion show...
5. Alex's Spring Fling - Riley complains that Alex is becoming too jealous and they break up. Alex decides to make Riley jealous by brin ging a shop manniquin to life but when 'Manny' serves his purpose to make him jealous, Alex can't get rid of him since he has developed feelings for her...
6. Quinceanera - Which is a tradition for a young girl in her mothers culture to signify the change form girl to woman. Alex does not want to celebarate this and when her granmother visits and tells her her mother never got one, Alex decides to swap bodies with her mother so she can have the Quinceanera that she never had...
7. Art Museum Piece - Alex is failing and her teacher explains that if she does not make the school trip to the art museum then she will have to spend it with her in summer school. So Justin makes her come but Alex dissapears for the day only to come back five minutes untill closing time and a question paper to complete!!!! Alex of course does not know the answers and so brings the paintings to life...
This is a great addition to any Wizard's of Waverly Place fan's collection and for those who haven't seen this Disney channel series; you will really enjoy regardless! :) Also check out the Wizard's of Waverly Place: The Movie if you like the series!
